Working with Sellers
I also have a 4 step process for working with sellers that has helped me to find a qualified offer for most of my listings within the first 2 weeks.
Step 1 – Client Interview – I take the time to listen to your goals, which we will use to build a game plan for the successful sale of your home.
Step 2 – Marketing – The majority of Agents will just list your home on the Multiple Listing Service and just wait to receive an offer. Unfortunately, it takes a lot more than that to sell a home in todays market. Which is why I use a unique marketing approach which includes having my sales assistants call potential buyers in the local market and sending them information about your home. Besides listing your property on the METROLIST MLS we also market your home on Zillow, Facebook, Realtor.com, and my personal website toddhurleyrealestate.com.
Step 3 – Negotiation – It is common that we will receive multiple qualified offers from our marketing efforts. I will present these offers to you and counsel you on how best to respond. This step will ensure that we are able to get the best price for your home and the most amount of money back in your pocket.
Step 4 – Closing – I will continually follow up with the buyer and/or their agent to make sure that they meet their deadlines and secure the financing they need in a timely manner. I will attend the closing with you and go over everything one last time, line by line, to make sure that you are happy with the finished product.
